Return Policy
US Customers may return any product within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Please call (417)862-4448 for return authorization. Bibel must be returned in the original condition it was sent.  In the case of a defective product you will be issued a full refund of your purchase price and shipping both initial and return. However if the return is an optional or discretionary return the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund on all returns. You will also be responsible for shipping the item back to us.  If the Bible was a "deep discount" Bible (purchased for greater than a 20% discount off the retail price, you will be responsible for shipping back to us.  We will, however, ship a replacement Bible to you if we have stock.  If there is no available stock of the Bible you returned we will issue you a refund for the price of the Bible plus the original shipping costs.
Backorder Policy
Due to the international publishing and printing arrangements for the Fire Bibles we may not know of the status of release on items currently out of stock. Therefore, If the item is not currently in stock you will be notified and asked to contact us again in 3 months on the status of the back ordered item. We do not have a method for keeping track of back orders.
Shipping Policies

We will make every effort to process and ship your order within two business days following the placement of your order. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order has shipped.
• USPS Media Mail Standard Service generally takes 10 to 14 business days. This shipment option is not guaranteed if the shipment is lost, stolen or damaged.
• USPS US Priority Mail generally takes 2 to 7 business days. This shipment option is not guaranteed if the shipment is lost, stolen or damaged. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and P.O Boxes can take up to 7 – 10 days longer.
• USPS International Priority Mail generally takes from 1 – 3 weeks.
• FedEx Ground® takes 3 to 6 business days. This shipment option will not ship to P.O. boxes.
• FedEx 2nd Day Air® takes 2 business days from when it ships. This shipment option will not ship to P.O. boxes. Phone number required.
• FedEx Next Day Air takes 1 business day from when it ships within the contiguous 48 states.* Order must be received by 11:00 am (central time) to go out same day.
*There may be some rural areas where FedEx Next Day Air is not available. If you have questions regarding this please contact us direct via e-mail or phone.

USPS Priority Mail outside the contiguous 48 states will take 3-8 business days to Alaska and Hawaii and up to 2 weeks for U.S. Territories and military addresses. Our FedEx Ground, FedEx 2nd Day Air, and FedEx Next Day Air Services are available within the continental United States only. Orders received in our office by 12:00 noon (Central Time) on weekdays generally ship on the same day. Orders received in our office after 12:00 noon (Central Time) generally ship on the next business day (Monday through Friday). If your order is time sensitive contact us upon ordering. Please Note: We do not ship orders on weekends or US holidays.

** Air delivery to some areas in the South Pacific, Africa, Bermuda and Singapore can take slightly longer. Delivery to the West Indies and Caribbean can take 12+ weeks.

Shipping to an APO or FPO Address - When shipping to an APO or FPO address, only our USPS Media Mail Standard (about 2 to 6 weeks) and USPS Priority Mail (about 1 to 2 weeks) shipping methods are available.

Shipping to Prisons - 4WRD Book Connection does ship to penitentiaries, but we suggest you contact the prison first to determine if there are any special regulations. Some prisons do not allow delivery of hardcover books. Others place a limit on the number of items contained in a package. We cannot send any packages anonymously to inmates and all packages must be sent via US Mail. We cannot ship FedEx to prisons.

If time is of the utmost importance, we can ship your order expedited for an additional fee. Do not place your order online if you require expedited shipping. Call and talk to one of our representatives for more information for NEXT day or 2nd day options. Calling us will assure our prompt attention to your needs.
